Anatomy of Change

A gentle, faith-based journey into lasting change — rooted in compassion, awareness, and a deeper relationship with self.

You’ve prayed.

You’ve tried.

You genuinely want to grow.

And yet the same inner patterns keep returning.

What if the issue isn’t your faith—or your willingness—

but the way you’ve been taught to approach change?

A Different Place to Begin

Many of us were taught that spiritual growth requires more effort—more discipline, more surrender, more resolve. So, when change feels elusive, we often assume we’re not trying hard enough… or listening closely enough for God.

But what if the challenge isn’t your faith—or your willingness to grow?

What if the way you experience God is deeply shaped by the way you relate to yourself?

Anatomy of Change begins from this different starting point.

The way you relate to yourself.

Instead of asking, “What do I need to fix?” this course gently invites a more foundational

question: "What is my relationship with myself—and how might that relationship be influencing my ability to hear, trust, and respond to God?"

This work is not about self-improvement or striving toward a better version of you.

It’s about creating the internal safety—the felt sense that you don’t have to brace or perform inside—and compassion that allow real transformation to take root.

What Makes This Course Different

Anatomy of Change is not “business as usual.”

You won’t find:

  • Pressure to perform or get it right.

  • Quick fixes or formulas.

  • Urgency to change before you feel ready.

Instead, you’ll be guided to:

  • Slow down in ways that feel supportive, not overwhelming.

  • Understand your inner patterns without judgment.

  • Develop a kinder, more trusting relationship with yourself.

This work is grounded in the understanding that when we don’t feel safe inside, it becomes harder to discern God’s voice—not because He isn’t present, but because our systems are braced for correction or performance.

As internal safety grows, many find that listening becomes clearer, trust deepens more naturally, and change no longer has to be forced.

This course honors your pace, your nervous system, and your lived experience.

What You May Notice Along the Way

Anatomy of Change isn’t designed to create dramatic “before and after” moments. Instead, many women notice quieter—but deeply practical—shifts in how they move through everyday life.

You may find that:

  • Familiar patterns are met with curiosity rather than criticism.

  • Hard days feel less like personal failure and more like moments of tenderness.

  • Decisions come from clarity and trust rather than inner pressure.

  • Prayer becomes a place of honesty rather than performance.

  • Your faith and inner life begin to work together instead of feeling at odds.

These changes don’t announce themselves loudly. They show up in how you speak to yourself, how you respond under stress, and how gently—but steadily—you move forward.

Why This Season May Matter

Many women come to this work not because they haven’t tried hard enough—but because they’ve been trying for a very long time.

If you’ve noticed yourself revisiting the same patterns, carrying quiet self-pressure, or repeating familiar prayers with lingering frustration, this course offers a gentle pause—a place to explore a different way of being with yourself and with God.

There is no urgency here. Only an invitation to consider whether now might be a compassionate moment to stop striving and begin relating differently.

ABOUT ME

Pamela Pollock

Since Anatomy of Change is grounded in relationship, I’d like to share a little about who I am and why this work matters so deeply to me.

I created Anatomy of Change not because I discovered a better way to push myself to change, but because I learned — through lived experience — that real change doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from learning how to relate to ourselves with greater honesty, compassion, and awareness.

Like many growth-minded Christians, I deeply valued my relationship with God yet quietly struggled with self-judgment and patterns that didn’t seem to shift despite sincere effort. Over time, I began to see how my internal relationship with myself was shaping not only my experience of change, but also how safe and present my relationship with God felt.

As I learned to approach myself more compassionately, change began to unfold in quieter, more sustainable ways. Today, I bring over 30 years of experience in business, counseling, and coaching into this work, guiding people through a gentle, faith-based approach to change that honors their pace, their nervous system, and their desire for growth that feels aligned rather than exhausting.

Anatomy of Change is the course I wish I’d had earlier — and the one I now offer to women who are ready to explore whether a different relationship with themselves might open the door to the change they’ve been seeking.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does Anatomy of Change begin?

This guided journey begins indefinitely.

Once you’re enrolled, you’ll receive clear onboarding details, including how to access the course, pacing guidance, and what to expect in the first week.

How is the course structured?

Anatomy of Change unfolds over 8 weeks, with guided weekly themes and intentional space for reflection and integration.

Each week, a new module becomes available and includes short, pre-recorded teaching videos along with simple reflection prompts. You can watch the videos on your own schedule and engage with the material at a pace that feels supportive. Content is designed to be engaging but spacious, allowing time for reflection, integration, and rest.

This is not a fast-paced or high-output program. You are encouraged to move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

Are there live sessions?

Yes. The course includes live Q&A sessions where you can ask questions, receive clarification, and engage in shared reflection. These sessions alternate weekly between 8:00–9:00 am and 6:00–7:00 pm Pacific Time to accommodate different schedules and time zones.

They are held in a calm, moderated environment and are meant to support understanding, not performance. Participation is always optional.

Do I need to attend the live sessions?

No. Live attendance is welcome but never required. All Q&A sessions are recorded and posted on the course platform if you’re unable to join at either the morning or evening time. You’re also welcome to submit questions in advance, and they will be addressed during the live session.

Is this a faith-based course?

Yes. The course is grounded in spiritual values and informed by Christian principles, while remaining welcoming to women from different faith backgrounds and denominations. Faith is integrated gently and without pressure.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No. This is an educational and reflective course, not therapy or clinical treatment. It is designed to support awareness, compassion, and spiritual growth, not diagnosis or treatment.

How much time does this take each week?

Most weekly modules include short teaching videos and simple reflection prompts.

Many participants spend between 60–90 minutes per week engaging with the material, though you are free to spend more or less time depending on your needs and capacity.

This is not a homework-heavy course. The emphasis is on quality of attention, not quantity of effort.

What if I fall behind or miss a week?

There is no requirement to keep pace. All content remains available, and you’re invited to engage in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.

Will I be required to share personal experiences?

No. Sharing is always optional.

Live sessions and any group spaces are designed to be calm, respectful, and supportive. You are welcome to listen quietly, reflect privately, or participate only in ways that feel comfortable to you.

There is no expectation to disclose personal details unless you choose to do so.

Is this helpful if I’ve already done personal growth or spiritual work?

Yes. Many women who join have already prayed, reflected, and tried to grow but still feel stuck. This course focuses on how you relate to yourself and God, not on adding more techniques.

What if I’m not sure this is the right time?

That question itself is part of discernment. Anatomy of Change is not meant to be entered through urgency or fear of missing out. You are encouraged to listen inwardly and consider whether this feels like a gentle and supportive next step rather than another obligation.

Choosing not to enroll right now is not failure—it’s wisdom. You are always welcome to join a future offering when the timing feels more aligned.

What makes this course different from others?

This course does not focus on fixing behavior. Instead, it centers on developing a different relationship with yourself—one rooted in safety, awareness, and compassion—as the foundation for lasting spiritual and personal change.

Anatomy of Change is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about learning how to be with yourself differently—so that trust, discernment,

and change can grow from a place of safety rather than striving, and your faith

can feel like a source of rest rather than pressure.

If something in you resonates with this approach, you’re warmly invited to explore further.
